All Our Work Is Guaranteed
Our labor has a one-season warranty. Equipment warranties vary from one to three years. Pool liners 15 years on manufacturing defects. Pool plaster varies depending on the type of surface installed. Additional information on specific items can be requested.
I called Aquajoy about a faulty pump. Andy came the next day and assessed the situation. Andy did not want to sell me equipment unless he was sure a new one was our only opinion. A new variable speed pump was installed the next day. Andy made sure I understood and had all the information I needed to apply for the two rebates currently available. He answered my many questions with patience. Appointment times were conveniently arranged via text and phone calls. Aquajoy is not like the other companies, Aquajoy focuses only on service and not building pools.
